Flowstace
This page explains how Flowstace processes personal data for the landing site, product access, and workspace operations.

This text is the operational MVP version for launch. Before public production use, it should be aligned with the final legal setup, hosting environment, and third-party services in use.
We process account data, workspace data, product usage, newsletter leads, and security-related data so Flowstace can operate as a SaaS product.
This typically includes name, email address, memberships, sessions, project and work data, and any optional content entered into notes, files, or documents.
Data is used to provide accounts, manage organizations, secure access, support billing and customer support, and improve the platform.
When the landing newsletter is enabled, email addresses are also processed for launch updates and product communication.
Flowstace is designed as a multi-tenant product. Workspace data is processed within the organization scope and is not shared across organizations by default.
Platform operator views are restricted to authorized platform admins and are used only for support, billing, security, and service operations.
Depending on configuration, services such as Better Auth, PostgreSQL, Resend, Stripe, Anthropic, and MailerLite may be used.
Before going live, the final list of subprocessors, data locations, and production providers should be documented explicitly.
